Embodiment & Energy Work Somatic practices, movement, dance, and Kundalini activation. Trauma Awareness & Boundaries Tools for holding safe containers with clarity, ethics, and care. The Flow of the Training
Week 1: Awakening the Self Entering sacred space, reconnecting with body, breath, and energy. Foundations of Tantra. Week 2: Expanding Into Relationship Partner practices, intimacy rituals, deepening connection, healing collective wounds. Week 3: Becoming the Teacher Facilitation, leading practices, teaching structure, final rituals, and certification.
