Aurore
Yoga came into Aurora’s life five years ago. After some classes, she fell madly in love with this meditation in movement and how it allows us to connect with our true nature.
Her regular practice taught her to refocus, breathe with awareness, savour life by living in the moment.
In 2017, she trained Hatha/Vinyasa flow at Samma Karuna, in Thailand. The following year, she followed her heart to India. She turned to Yin yoga to find a balance between a very dynamic practice and a real need to learn how to let go physically, but also mentally, through her mat. Beginning of 2019, she felt another call from India. She chose Parimukti to perform her 300 hours YTT to keep enriching and improving herself in this large world of Yoga. She has been deeply inspired by great teachers, so humble and experienced.
Yoga teaches her every day to better herself and, above all, to love herself even when she makes mistakes. Through yogic teachings, she aims to help people to take care of themselves in depth, with love and compassion via a physical practice which acts directly on the mind.
Aurora started her teaching in France, in Sri lanka and now in Australia where she’s living at the moment. In addition to Vinyasa flow and Yin. She also teaches Yoga Nidra.
Through a dynamic practice combined of softness and anchoring, she will invite you to savor the life that is happening here and now with awareness and no judgment. She bring with her so much good vibes to share and spread a bit more of joy and gentleness in everyone : )
