Sancha’s yoga practice started in May 2015 with her wanting to ‘feel good’. She tried out different exercises like running, Zumba classes and the gym, all just to get her body moving, but nothing really stuck. Until her mother suggested they try yoga. Recently she went back to India for 2 months and furthered her studies in Goa at a wonderful school called Parimukt, she learnt a modern way of how to approach teaching and becoming comfortable in her own style of teaching. Today Sancha continues teaching yoga to studios, schools and private clients.
She feels this yoga journey has been and will continue to be a beautiful experience, forever wonderful and evolving, unfolding journey.
